Our volunteers are the heartbeat of our ministry. Here's how you can get involved in the ministry of FCA in your community:
Step 1:
Contact your local FCA staff
Step 2:
Complete a Ministry Leader / Volunteer Application
Step 3:
Complete E3 Discipleship training
Serve as a Character Coach
A Character Coach partners with a local middle school or high school sports team and meets regularly with them for the purpose of preparing them for life through personal, character, and leadership development.
The mobilization of Character Coaches is a key initiative for FCA as we pursue the mission of leading every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church.
